Plug and Play Point Condition Monitoring

CDSRail has launched a range of Plug and Play generic monitoring equipment

Support

Service and support from CDSRail is available during normal operational hours with dedicated support help desk to respond to telephone and email calls.

 

All customer inputs are collected at a single point of contact. When a call is received, a unique reference number is allocated to the problem.

If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, the customer is passed to a front line engineer who will help to rectify the problem over the telephone if possible.

If the issue still cannot be resolved then it will be passed to other CDSRail personnel for further support with the objective of being resolved within five working days.

The customer will be kept informed at all stages of the process. Once the issue had been dealt with, our internal Quality Department ensures that all corrective actions are followed up and implemented.

Finally the customer is contacted to assess their level of satisfaction with the service offered by CDSRail.


Online Project Management

CDSRail offers Online Project Management to its customers. This allow full visibility of a project progress, minimising the need for face to face project meetings.
